We have never owned a home that needed professional cleaning before and, therefore, had little knowledge of what was involved. Frank was professional and friendly. He explained the process and materials that he would use and did exactly as promised. Our siding looks great. There were a few rust spots from a window air conditioner that we had attempted to remove unsuccessfully. Frank had some great rust remover that he offered to us to use that got rid of them. We also like the fact that he offers discounts to veterans. We would definitely recommend him and will contact him again in the future.

Frank Brown was great at communicating, which I've found lacking with some home service professionals. He let me know when to expect his drive by for an estimate and when he'd be by for the job. His prices are very reasonable. I hired him to pressure wash my two story house and clean the gutters. The job ended up being a little more than expected as some of the siding had layers of caked on muck. Frank took the time and made sure the job was done right. He's also very easy to talk to and get a hold of. We will definitely hire him for future jobs.

When I told Frank the realtor was coming at noon to take pictures of the outside of my home, he rearranged his schedule so that the gutters were cleaned prior to the pictures being taken. I greatly appreciats his exceptional customer service.
